Smile need help with blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

i heard that a blackberry could connect to a pc and kinda control it is this true and is it worth trying to do and if so can anyone help me

Tell us what your specific needs is. "Control it" doesn't mean much.

Do you need to sync, backup, or what?

Otherwise, there is not a way to operate the BB from a PC... that is type on the PC keyboard and have it appear on the BB.

um i mean the other way like control the pc form the blackberry

So, do you want to tether the BB to PC in order to get a wireless signal to the PC?

sorry not trying to make it that way just dont know what it is called like see the computers screen on my blackberry and move the mouse and control the desktop

I think nehctuk is looking for something like RDM - Remote Desktop for Mobiles

I demo'd the product for a couple days, worked fine, but screen was too small for me and performance too slow to really use.

you would need a data plan if you are using the wireless radio to send/receive data, yes.
also look at the products that Rove (google idokorro and you will see it) has for remote desktop

If you are talking about the ability to use the BB to move the mouse around the screen? Then yeah, I believe that feature exists, though I've only viewed it as a novelty :D
