Default Installing Desktop Software

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to access my Blackberry 8320 through USB. I try downloading the desktop software and when I begin the process of installing, it goes from the screen that detects the connection to a final screen that simply says:

"The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

Why is this popping up? I have an 8320 and there's an update. I just want to wipe my Blackberry clean and install all the software all over again. How the hell do I do this???? Someone please help me!

A

Go to your carrier's download page for BB (might be a link at BlackbberryFAQ.com), download the handheld software for your device & install it on your PC. Voila!

What if my BB service provider doesn't have a BB download page?
