How do I tell specifically which device I have, i.e., 8300, 8310, 8320, etc.?

Click on the Options icon, then About.

The 8320 is T Mobile's curve.

Another way is to pull the battery and look.

On top of your phone, next to where the MUTE button is...if you see GPS its the 8310 if you see WiFi then its the 8320 and if you dont see GPS nor WiFi then its the 8300
