Default Blackberry Maps version 1.2.26 Request - 06-20-2008, 06:22 AM

Does anyone have a copy of Blackberry Maps v1.2.26, when I install the latest version from the Blackberry Website, it just shows me a grid, with no maps. But my collegeue has an older version installed (v1.2.26) and it works fine?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
You need it for BlackBerry Maps.

No, it's a corporate phone..it maybe also that they use Google Maps, the latest version does not seem to work on our Blackberry's, but we checked some that do work and they have a older version of Google Maps (v1.6.2). But I cannot find this version anywhere, even links which have been posted, the pages have been removed, I need the .jar file? Any ideas where I can get it?

Thanks for your advice anayway...

I have a similar question. I had to reload an BBmaps was not there. I tried to add the application again but it does not show on the phone. It does under options though. My question, does anyone have this as a zip or rar? Now you have to download it online but before it was an application that could be added thru the desktop. Thanks
