My calendar settings are set at forever in the options, but when I sync it is still trying to delete any entries 60 days or older. Is there another setting that I need to check? Please let me know. Thanks for the help.

Go to sync options on the DM and make sure it's set to sync "all" events...

I can't find where to set syn "all" events. I've gone into the sync settings on the DM and don't see this. Where do I find it.

Could it be a memory issue?

Check this thread out...

I just checked the memory and it appears ok.

In Desktop manager go in to Synchronize then Configuration tab then Configure Sync - highlight calendar and then configure button and choose Advanced Settings

Which version of DM are you using.

4.3.0.17

Does your email admin have a retention period set on the calendar items? I know we have a 365 day retention period and then the appts are killed in Exchange, which kills them on the BB.

Open up DM with the BB plugged in> open up synchronize> open up configurations tab> open up configure sync> Highlight calendar and click setup>Click on your sync options then next> then two way sync> then transfer all scheduled items> next> then finish...

Zero, I checked the settings are they are exactly what you have listed. It still is trying to delete any calendars older than 60 days. I checked again to make sure that I have the BB set for forever and it is. Any other ideas?

Don't know I had that problem when I switched from DM 4.2 to 4.3. And this solution fixed it.
