Default Help with 8320 problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have bb 8320 that is unlocked, everytime I make a call the speaker seems to be cutting in and out also the volume control moves up and down by itself. Does anyone know what this problem is?

Wirelessly posted (off to see the wizard)

How old is device? Could be physical or moisture damage. With the volume adjusting like you describe I would go with some form of moisture exposure

Use compressed air in case it may be a foreign object thats causing the issue. If that doesn't work then I would suggest a wipe/reinstall.

Have you tried a simple battery pull/hard reset?
