I'm new to the whole blackberry thing so much help is needed...
I have hidden a few icons,now after bringing them back they are like in ghost mode...can you tell me how to get them back to color?

also where do I go to find my contacts...they were transfered from a old phone but i cannot locate them,they are there though because when I start to dial a number it pulls up the name so it does recognize them.

last one why does my light in the top right corner blink green but sometimes red?

I will learn as I go and am sorry to ask probably such simple questions but again I'm new...thank you.

1. Hover your cursor over them and hit the menu key (left of trackball) and selct "unhide."

2. Most of the time contacts should be stored in the Address Book. However, it's possible yours are on the sim card. To access the sim card phone book go to Address Book, hit the menu key and select "Sim Phone Book."

3. Green led means you are within network coverage. You can turn this off by going to Options >Screen/Keyboard >Led Coverage Indicator--set to Off. The red means you have a new message.

ok number 2 and 3 you fixed for me....number 1, well when I selected hide the icons didnt appear,after selecting unhide they came back but in ghost mode....thats what I cant fiure out now...how to restore them to color....thanks for your quick reply and not making me feel stupid

While it's in "ghost Mode" hover the cursor over the icon to bring back. Hit the menu key. You'll see a check mark next to "Hide." Select Hide again to "uncheck" Hide. Sorry, earlier OS's it was "unhide." You have to do that for each icon. When you're done do the same thing and uncheck "show all." and your hidden ones will go back to hidden again.
