Default Synchronizing weirdness

Please Login to Remove!

When I synchronize by Curve with Desktop Manager (version 4.3.0.17) I get the following message;

There was a total of 12 record(s) skipped during the synchronization as summarized below:

Address Book: Device 0, Microsoft Outlook 12

Please check the synchronization log for more details.

When I check the log this is what I find;

Total Inputs From Second System: 822

How do I figure out what these key fields are? Where do I go with this?

Yeah, I hear ya. One of my users addressbook is missing about 300 entries that are in Outlook, but missing on the Curve. We use wireless sync. Anybody else experiencing addressbook failures?

The blackberry wants you to have something in one of the First, Last or Company name fields - could be that maybe?
