Thank you! I'm sure I misunderstood people HOPES for a desktop that would work with macs, lol.

No worries, I am new to macs but not BB's and I'm trucking along just fine without having to weave the two together just yet. We shall see. Funny though, since leaving windows machines, I see how EVERYTHING caters to windows machines in contrast to macs. Sort of a let down even though I'l pleased as punch with my Imac.

I think that's interesting.

Both Apple and Blackberry are Boutique/alternative vendors, (vs Microsoft and Win mobile- also Microsoft of course). You would think that from the perspective of mutual survival and support these two would collaborate and work with each other. I can imagine that a personality that would purchase a Mac might also want a Blackberry.

Just a thought.

Huh? According to this article, Blackberry/RIM's got more than 44% of US smart phone market share . . . pretty much the opposite of "boutique/alternative." The next 4 vendors in smartphone popularity - Apple, Motorola, Palm and HTC - only account for 39% combined.

Methinks that RIM is paying attention to exactly the market it should . . .

Is there a change log on what has been fixed/updated in this release? I am a bit hesitant to upgrade unless there is a real good reason.
