8330 Curve on Backorder with SPrint???

This has been going on for a few weeks. Sprint never seems to mention that it is back ordered when you order it, but the order status will say it is back ordered. Most of the time you still get the phone in 3-5 days. The Curve is just too popular :)

And now the curve is not even listed on the Sprint web site. Maybe they are really out of them now?

Well I currently have the Pearl...is the 8830 worth the upgrade?

If you mean the 8330 then maybe. For me the full size keyboard was the reason I upgraded to the Curve. I just couldn't get the hang of suretype. Also the larger screen is nice, but the trade off is that the curve is slightly larger then the Pearl.

Well I've been on the sprint forums and on the phone with their reps and it sounds like they won't be getting stock for the Curves anytime soon due to the backlog orders of the Instinct that just came out. I currently have a Pearl but was wondering if it was worth getting the 8830 instead (not 8330) since the curve is MIA for who knows how long. I guess I was just looking forward to the full keyboard. Will I be downgrading in features if I go to the 8830??
