Default Need Help installing New Software

Please Login to Remove!
I tried installin the BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.5.0.37 BUT my phone wont update with desktop manager any help would be kindly appreciated thanks!

Is the software from your carrier? If not, have you deleted the vendor.xml file? IF you need to do that, you can do a search for it on your machine.

yeah i deleted the file just like i was told, i got it from the vadaphone website still nothing
