Default Help: Problem With T-zones

Please Login to Remove!

As you can guess I have an 8320. I can get on the BB Browser just fine and Opera Mini works great. But I realized a couple days ago that T-zones stopped working on my Curve. I have a Pearl on another line and T-zones works perfectly fine.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 3.141529)

Are you talking about the Tzones browser?

Did you make any changes to your account? Did you try a battery pull? Did you resend service books? Have you gone into the browser and changed the general settings to Tzones as well as general properties? (Both under browser then options)? Have you updated your OS recently?

Have not made any changes to my account. I did try a Battery Pull. Resend service books? I have changed some settings around to see if it would do anything and I gave up and set it all to default. And I have not updated the OS.

When I try to open up T-zones I get a message that says, "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider."

Which I don't understand, because I'm able to get online just fine. I can use the BB Browser to do all my quick searches and I use Opera Mini to view different web pages.

it's because t-zones is down for upgrades. my.t-mobile.com has been upgraded, as you may have noticed if you have logged in in the past week.

i found this out by contacting my service provider.

I have T-mo too, as well as the 8320.

First of all, I can't believe you have miniOpera working for you. Sheesh in the 2+ months I've been with my "new love" I have not been able to get miniOpera to work, not even close.... so I just gave up on it... lol...

Anyway, on another note...

For your problem, try this:

Log in to your T-mobile account.

Scroll down to the bottom left where it says:

Setup BlackBerry Internet e-mail >

and then click on it.

On the left, click on Service Books

When you get there, in the middle, and in the red box... click on Send Service Books.

Hope that works for you! It sure did for me!

I've had mine for about 2 months and never had problems with Opera Mini. But in order for it to work I had to set the Protocol to "Socket" and turn the WiFi off in the Opera Mini Settings.

hmmmmmmm.... .. does this cause issues with the WiFi at home stuff?? That's the biggest reason I have this is because of the WiFi... I get crap for a signal in my house without it...
