Default Blackberry Pin Help!!!

Please Login to Remove!

ok so about 3 months ago I bought a used blackberry on ebay, works perfect! the only thing is that well now I got all into the sending emails and stuff but when I go into the BIS it wont let me register. It says that this pic is already registerd! The guy i bought it from does not return my emails, ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO??? thanks for all your help

Call the carrier that is shown on the device startup screen. ie, ATT blackberry call ATT and ask them to release the PIN

Call Tmo and ask to release it from the previous account holder. Tell them you bought the device used. Be nice, they don't have to do it, but should, and routinely do.

dang it i called and they said that the person that had the phone before me has to call it to do that...:(

Call back and try again. Just give them the error. And you should get a rep to help you. You purchased the phone and they should help you out

all i want to do is change the signature in my outgoing emails. i cant do it from my phone is there another way?

I thought the OP was saying they were interested in emails now.
To the OP:
without registering your PIN you cannot receive push emails to the device. so if you are getting push email you already registered. call the carrier and ask them to reset your password/username for the BIS site

Right. If you already set up email then you already registered at some point... You can't register the same BB twice with BIS.
