This is my first post and I hope that I can find a solution to my problem.

When I receive some SMS messages I tend to forward it but after choosing the contact it gives me the message in weird blocks (unreadable) and when I send it to the person he tells me that he cant read it too.

I called my service provider and he told me to update the phone software using the desktop manager,,, but but but when I connect the phone I get the following....look at the first attachment..

Then when I press on the application loader I don't find the core applications, nor the system software.. nothing at all except the softwares that I installed myself..

Please help me, I am drowning.

But you need to get connected to your Desktop Manager, first. Make sure you are plugged via USB directly to the PC, not to a USB hub. Reboot the BB if needed, by pulling the battery and reinserting it.

As for the app loader, it is normal to see what added to your phone mine shows the same thing.

YES it do but does it show you the components of the blackberry system, such as core applications or the system software which enables you to add/remove languages/features

Are you on BES? If not, I don't think you have anything to worry about. In any case, the message has no impact on your ability to update the OS.

Have you already downloaded and installed the device software for your BB onto your PC?

Yes Actually, We are using an BlackBerry Exchange Server and I'm able to receive the emails on my device but as I'm saying some sms's are not being forwarded probably.
