Default E-mail Issues

Hi Guys, I currently have an 8310g.
I have used this to access the web email of my work. the e-mails come thruogh on to the blackberry and it comes as unread, but when I am looking at my outlook it shows as read. is there anyway for it to show as unread on both untill I have opened that e-mail? thanks

Ummm. Neither.... ? just connected through the website www.blackberry.com/go/email and set it up from there

If you get email on your BB, you kind need one or the other...

I woyld say its the BES then, hosted by blackberry
