Ok so I want to update my phone but every time I do it messes up.
I usually backup phone.
Then update software
Then restore phone
Then do the Enterprise activation

This allot of times puts double contacts and emails in my phone.

Am I doing something wrong or is a setting wrong? Do I need to do enterprise then restore back up file?

In your process, you're essentially restoring the phone three times. Once during the upgrade (backup/restore happens automatically), once manually, and then once again as part of the Enterprise Activation (BES Wireless Backup).

Try just doing the upgrade (which does backup/restore) and then your Enterprise Activation when it's completed.
