Upgraded to 4.5 and BB Smart Alarms Pro isn't registered anymore?

I followed the steps in the sticky line for line and everything's working fine, but my BB Smart Alarms Pro isn't registered anymore for some reason and I don't have my key anymore. Is there a step I missed somewhere?

You should be able to get your key from where you bought it.

I have to reinput all of my license keys on any upgrade. It is not particular to 4.5

Just ask, or look back when you purchased it for an email, etc.
