Default Help with Messages

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any way to separate the messages boxes so my email does not go to my sms mailbox. Thanks in advance for your help

Your email is not going into your SMS mailbox... it is the other way around.

Messages > Menu > Options > General Options > scroll down to SMS and Email Inboxes = Separate.

go messages > options > general options > scroll down to 'SMS and Email inboxes' and change option to seperate.

Ok I did that and they are still showing in the main messages folder. Is there any way to stop that?

SMS is still showing in the Main Messages folder?

Then you might have forgotten to save your change to "separate".

You canNOT remove your emails from the Main Messages folder. That is where they belong.

Ok thank you so much..I just hid the main messages folder and they are now separated.
