1. When I receive a email from one of my accounts I hate how it give me a new message icon/astrik for both the messages shortcut and on the specific email shortcut. Is there a way to only show a new message icon/astrik for the email shortcut.


2. Is there a way to have my emails and sms/mms messages seperated in the message section? For example, a seperater that says emails and another that says messages or something for sms/mms?

3. When I log into my gmail account from my computer and send a message from there I get a copy of it sent to my phone, is there a way to stop that from happening?

4. Did verizon block it so I could not download themes from the phone? Cause when I go to themes and select the menu there is no "download themes" option?

1) Choose the mailbox you dont want to see click menu-hide.

2) Mailbox-options-general options-sms/e-mail inboxes - separate

3) HOW-TO: Prevent G-mail "Sent Items" from being sent to your handheld.

4) You can click on a theme download from your device as longas it is over the air (OTA). Once you install it.
You can find the theme in your options section.

About number 1 though. What I met was this. I have on my home page multiple message icons. One is for my emails and one is for overall messages that show my emails, sms,mms, and even missed calls.

What I want is this. When I get a email I only want it to show new message for the email icon and not the general message icon too.

Also when I miss a call I don't want it to show up in my general message icon either.
