Please Login to Remove!

how to download wallpaper and where to download it from?
how to move or rearrange the icons on my home page...I want them on the outer edges...nothing in the middle, maybe.

probably the dumbest question..please forgive me...I see people asking about the curve's 8330 4.0 or other types.....how can I tell what mine is..

thank you please, and I'm sorry for these probably idiotic questions but I'm real new to the BB....I just came from a regular cell phone

Start in the Media Section. Find a wallpaper you like and download to the PC. Transfer to BB using desktop manager. Find the pic on your BB and click Menu>Set as Homescreen Image

Choose a different theme, Menu>Options>Theme

If you want icons like that you need to look for whats known as the L theme, it shows icons on left side and bottom.

If you want to move icons, just highlight the icon and press the ALT key and jog/roller button, normally around bottom left, and you will see a menu, s3lect move and drag to where you want the new icon and again click the roller/jog button to release

<EDIT> Just saw you have 8330, its 2nd button up on bottom left</EDIT>

yes. you need to use the Cd that came with your phone and install it to your PC. That Cd includes blackberry desktop manager. Install that software and make sure you install the Media Manager that comes with it. I believe Roxio makes it. After you install it. connect your BB to your computer via USB while running desktop manager. Make sure you install the software before you connect your phone. After that, make sure desktop manager detects your phone. You will know because it will display your devices pin and tell you its detected. also Windows should tell you that as well. You can use the media manager inside desktop manager to transfer media such as pictures, MP3s, backgrounds and so forth to and from your blackberry.

To find out what model of phone you are using. from your home screen click on SETTINGS> OPTIONS> ABOUT (if you dont see a settings icon on your home screen then just click on options then about *it depends on the theme you've chosen)

No you don't need to install iTunes to transfer mp3s to your BB.

What exactly told you to install iTunes? What were you trying to do?
