How do I stop sent items frommy PC landing in message log on my Bberry? I have gone into advandced e-mail settings and choosen selected folders and unchecked the sent item folder. this usually fixed it on my old model. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Lachlan

It makes a big difference. That is how BES reconciling is supposed to work. Contact your IT department's BES Admin or BB support person if you need that changed.

Thanks John, I will contact my IT department. It can get hard, as I am based in Australia and I am the only person based here and my company is based in Italy. Appreciate your advice.

Are they showing with a check icon? If so, just hide sent items (in Messages->Options).

I am having a similar issue. Upgraded from 7290 to 8320. desktop manager> redirection>advanced set for selected folders(inbox only checked).
handheld :messages>general options set for hide sent messages:NO. running latest HH softeware. BES is 4.0.5. 7290 works fine as far a Outlook sent items do not show on HH but sent items on HH are present with a Check icon. 8320 either shows all sent items with above settings.
