I switched from Pearl to Curve a couple of months ago and didn't regret it! But you, at this stage when Bold is about to be launched, might like to consider switching from Pearl to Bold.

Curve is great for full QWERTY keyboard and a bigger screen for watching videos. Plus, more memory is a plus for Sprint 8330's.

If you can't afford it then just stick to what you have.

Sprint has been disorganized lately with their stock information. I placed an order a on 6/23, supposedly the curve was on backorder, and received both of my curves 2 days later. You might also want to call all your local sprint stores as one of them may or may not have them in stock. There are quite a few who have placed orders online and have received them quick and there are quite a few who placed orders online and still have not received theirs. I suggest calling the stores though.

Probably more of a personal decision than anything else. Which do you really like better? They both do about the same things.

Worth is subjective. I don't know why you're asking us. You'll get a variety of answers that don't really mean anything. The real question is "Is it worth it to you?". It's your money and you know better than anyone else if you feel you're getting any value from the switch.

I've had both...I like the full keyboard when using it for work. The Pearl I liked better for social settings. The size was awesome.

Both have advantages, both devices (IMO) are winners.
