Default Trouble with music download/purchase from Sprint Music Store

Hi. I recently purchased a piece of music from Sprint Music Store. Download "appeared" to be successful and the piece of music was supposed to be loaded in my "All My Music" folder, however when I checked, it was not there. Could find very little help on the application to resolve this problem, except for a suggestion to push Web Synch, which I did, but this did not produce the piece I just purchased. I thought possibly that it might be a memory issue, however have very little music loaded and still have ~99% available memory.

Any suggestions?

Default Error M506

In my last-ditch effort, I received the following error message: Error M506 Cannot play song (something like that).
Trial & error also included enabling Bluetooth (to see if this connection was necessary to download, however it wasn't necessary before (the files are stored within the Music Store application); therefore the test failed to produce the piece of music I purchased.

Frustrated!
