Control Panel is on your computer. Not on the Blackberry.

Reinstall Desktop Manager to get the standard modem back. Don't uninstall anything, just run the setup program again and it will reinstall the standard modem. Do a search of the forums for tethering and Vista. It's been posted about many times, I'm sure you'll find something. I don't remember off the top of my head how to enter the custom string in Vista.

Figures comp would fry out when I try and make it usefull. I'm sure it wasn't the instructions here that did it, it was just its time to die.

Call AT&T and add tethering plan added to account.
Install AT&T Connection Manager.
