Default 8320 Problems - 07-08-2008, 08:23 PM

Hi everyone........I was trying to fix a couple of problems I have on my berry and while trying to fix a problem I created a bigger problem which I can't seem to rectify. I was trying to figure out why I couldn't email pics so I tried a few things and one was a battery pull. Now after the battery pull my phone email somehow went back to my previous carriers email address. So I can't send or recieve emails from my blackberry address. If anyone knows a fix for this problem it would be greatly appreciated

Gus

Log into your current BIS website and then click the send Service book button, that should resend all the info you need to auto configure the BB to BIS again.
