Default MSN with Rogers - 07-08-2008, 08:35 PM

Does anyone know how much data MSN using when logged in. I was able to download and install MSN on my berry, all works, just curious how much data it will use up. Dont want the company paying to much for me to use it.

Thanks in advance

It would be difficult to guess without knowing your IM habits. Do you IM a lot or a little? How many messages do you send and how large are they? Unless you IM 20 people all day long I'd say the data usage will be small compared to email.

I know this is the Curve forum, but a mod locked the thread in the Pearl forum....

How did you get MSN on your phone? I re sent my service books, and tried to download MSN, but I still get a message that my phone is not supported (8100 running 4.5.0.46)

I did a battery pull, and re-sent the service books - got it to install, finally. The only thing I wish it had as a feature is offline messaging. A few of my contacts hide by showing their status as offline, even though they are signed in. One of them sent me a message - tried to reply and it wouldn't let me.
