Default Email Question?

How in the world do I get my blackberry email messages to sync with outlook? Everytime I try it says it cant find my account information or is there a place to check my blackberry inbox online? A message i needed dissapeared and I desperately need it back...HELP!

Are you talking about your carrier.blackberry.net address? If so those are only available on your BlackBerry. There is no online access and once they are off your BlackBerry they are gone forever.

Don't use your *.blackberry.net address for anything other than forwarding!

You should be integrating an existing email account with BIS. That email account should have additional access methods (webmail, or POP or whatever) for you to access email from that account. If you're not already doing so you might want to re-think your setup and change this.

If your *.blackberry.net address starts to receive spam you're hosed as there's no good way to filter mail to that address. Also, as you've noticed there's no way to access email for that address except on your BB and no good way to have a backup of email for that address.
