When you compose a new message, do you get an error that you can only save as draft?

If so, resend service books....

No I can send a new message Just not send a reply. I click on the new email and after reading it i click on the menu button and click reply. Then type out the message. After that i click the menu button again but there is no send option. Last night i tranferred all the data from my 8703 to my new curve via desktop manager. After that curve was asking me if i wanted to turn on mass storage. Would that have something to do with it?

That shouldn't have anything to do with it.... If it were me, I'd first do a battery pull, and if that doesn't work, then resend service books.
