Default Hourglassing...

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user whos phone whether he is going through his phoneboook, checking an email or making a phone call it will sit there and hourglass as though it is thinking. I know this is probably a memory problem. What all can be done to prevent the hourglass from constantly popping up?

get rid of stuff you dont need or use. Upload pictures to your computer, or get a memory card and start using it for media like music, movies and pics. Delete themes you may have downloaded and dont use. Its kinda hard to tell you what to get rid of because only you know what you use and dont use. I got rid of BBMaps because I use google maps. I also got rid of all the chat programs except AIM because I dont need the others. Just go through your programs.

This is a great way to clean out memory (get rid of excess themes and waste as gbnemail07 said), I have about 24 Mb's free.

http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ee-memory.html

Also,

I have used a program, i found in the aftermarket software portion of the forums to help clear memory, I believe it was berry boost or something like that, a simple search should help you find it.

Good luck
