Default Do you want to Enable mass storage?

Please Login to Remove!

I always get this message when I sync to my PC. I have mass storage enables yet I get this message. Then randomly all my pictures and music will simply be gone/deleted off my black berry. I'm storing them to my memory card.

They are not deleted.

You can't view the Media Card from the BlackBerry itself when connected on USB, via the BlackBerry itself.

It is as JSanders says, the Media Card cannot be viewed on the BlcakBerry whilst it is connected to the PC. However you can view the Media Card on the PC whilst it is connected as it looks like a USB drive in this mode.

If you are really losing content from the phone once it has been disconnected from the PC then there really is something wrong.

With the Media Card installed, goto Options, Media Card and set

Media Card Support: On
Encryption Mode: None
Mass Storage Mode Support: On
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Prompt

Now when you connect your phone to the PC (provided DM is installed). The phone will prompt you to enable Mass Storage Mode. Select Yes and the Media Card will show up in My Computer and then you can Drag 'n Drop your files to the correct places on the Media Card.

Now you can Drag and Drop to your BlackBerry just as if it were a USB drive.
