Default Email problems

Hello guys,

I own a blackberry from TELUS Canada and I experienced problems with the email functions. I add my gmail account and i created a telus.blackberry account. I can send messages but I can't received them. Is there any option that i must configure. I call the data services from Telus but I did'nt get any intelligent answer. Thanks for your help, it's greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have data plan.

As step 1, go to your login site and resend the service books.
