I want to remove my 2GB Micro SanDisk and replace it with a new 4GB SanDisk I bought today. How do I transfer the applications and media files from the 2GB to the 4 GB so I don't loose any of the applications I have downloaded?

Applications are stored on the device memory. As for the media files, just copy them to a folder on your computer, and then copy them back onto your new 4gb card

You do not have any applications on your "Media Card" only media. Simply move the folders with your files onto the new card, DONE!
