I set up through outlook for my work email to be redirected to my BB. From the BB I can email anyone except anyone with my work's extention. Why is this happening? It sends but no one receives anything.

When you send an email to your internal domain what service book is being used?

To check, open the last sent message (which a checkmark on it) and scroll to the very top of the message. It should say "Sent Using:" What does the rest of it say?

i have the password outlook asks when i login but the phone wants something different? server password?

did you set up redirector correctly through DM? you should be able to choose which email to send from or set as default.
