Using the 8330, if I miss a call and that caller leaves a voice message, the display shows that I have 2 messages - but I really only have one.

I receive a lot of calls and it's time consuming to delete twice the call history, and I didn't have to do that with my old Sprint phone. The call log simply recorded missed calls separately. I prefer to just know how many voice message a truly have... any solutions?

hit the send key to bring up the phone app, hit the menu key>options>call logging and set it to None.

Phone app > menu > options > call logging > missed calls/all calls/none

Try that and see if its a phone setting or a carrier setting.

Thanks much, that did it. I was going to the Options menu from the main menu, and couldn't find anything. Is there a site or page that has a list of these types of tips & tricks that are not found within the lengthy [useless] user manual? I'd love to be able to boost the audio ear piece using Bluetooth, as maxing out the volume for both ear piece and device doesn't quite cut it.
