I have a BB 8310 from AT&T. Have tried using Desktop Manager with Media Manager to load videos on my BBerry. When I open Outlook 2003, it locks up on me. Only way to remedy has been to remove Desktop Manager. If I do not use Media Manager (have tried both 4.2 SP 2 and 4.5 with the same results) then I'm unable to view the videos on my phone. Any suggestions?

Not necessarily what you're looking for but I seriously recommend uninstalling Media Manager and just using Mass Storage Mode to copy to your media card. Media Manager is a bloated and flakey app.
