I just downloaded and install Desktop Manager 4.5.0 B16 English - With Media Manager
• File name: 450_b016_english.exe

and the pdf file says the next step is to download the .exe file for the handheld software, but I can't find it on the download page. Does anyone know where its located and which handheld software is correct. I see the downloads for tmobile 8320, but not for 8310 for ATT curves.

At the top of this page are several stickies. Find the one for the 8310 and follow the instructions for the latest official OS release for the 8310.

You don't have to find the one for AT&T, just the latest one for the 8310. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly.

It's hard to find, but go through these tabs/links:

Support > Downloads > BlackBerry Device and Desktop Software > Access your service provider download site > AT&T

But that'll get you 4.2.2.170. There are newer OS versions available. Links provided in this forum. They'll be for other providers but can be installed if you follow instructions that people give.
