Using the curve 8330 version 4.3 I think off the top of my head... Who an how will I be notified if there are any new updates?? Anyway to insure I don't miss em or will bb do it by itself?? Just asking cuz I am really anxious for 4.5 to show its final face? Thankx all!

Haven't seen any notification of any sort but I just come here everyday and check what's the latest OS for my device.
Thankx hmmm wonderin tho when verizon takes over my alltel will it all be about the same or will/if 4.5 comes out before the buyout will I still be able to use it??
I'll second that. People around here are so antsy for OS updates that it's best IMO to just frequent BB forums.
Besides, quite often the latest OS isn't released by your carrier anyway and it's too much to monitor the download pages of every single carrier out there.
It's also handy to read the latest OS threads to make you aware of potential issues before you download and install.
