Hi, this is my first foray into the BB world!
I got my first BB device (8320) recently through work. I am based in the UK and the device is on the Orange UK network. Our BES is in the US. I do not know what versions it is running as the BES Admin is a bit of a recluse and won't respond to my messages!
The Enterprise Activation went through fine and it reconciled all the Exchange emails currently in my inbox.
The problem I have is that I am not receiving any more of my Exchange emails whatsoever. I am not even able to send emails from my device (I get the dreaded Red X after the device has tried to resend a number of times).
I have checked all the usual settings after trawling through these forums ... Email Reconciliation settings are correct, Folder Redirections are selecting the relevant folders (only really care about the Inbox and Sent Mail folders) but I still cannot receive / send any emails. I have tried the Reconcile Now endlessly too!
Can anyone please help?
