Default Can't change themes under Options>Themes - 07-22-2008, 10:06 PM

Who can post the fix to allow me to change to one of the themes that I have installed in my 8310 when I do not have the "Themes" selection available under Options AND I have already hard reset the phone AND I want to be able to do this with DM and not OTA.

I have searched this forum inside and out and most tell you to install them OTA. I want to be able to do it via DM on my workstation.

What started this was I did JC's memory optimization how-to which went fine except after the reboot the iBerry Black Curve theme I was using (which I did not delete from the Java folder) went away and I am now stuck with the vanilla black & white theme. I reloaded the iBerry theme via Apploader in DM but again, there is no "Themes" to pick from under the Swiss Army Knife Options menu. Anyone?

You need to place the cod's for the stock themes back in the Java folder. Most aftermarket themes depend on preloaded ones.

I ended up installing the original OS again and then upgrading to 4.5. I have the "Themes" selection under Options now. Go figure. The OS upgrade went fine or so it seems thus far. Thanks for the reply.
