Default How do you free up memory on the curve? - 07-25-2008, 03:25 PM

Hi Guys,

I have a bb 8310, i have a 2gb sd card in it. I would like to load some apps on it and I keep getting a sufficent memory error.

How do I free up more memory?
Can I store apps on the sd card? if so, how?

Thanks in advance.

BATTERY PULL.......also when you exit out of apps DO NOT USE THE RED END BUTTON...use menu then select close and out you go......also you can delete uneeded apps (like TTY) to free up more space if needed......

What is your current File Free? Write the number down and recheck it after you do the battery pull......

YES, the media card is for.........you guessed it - MEDIA........so I vote for killing unused apps and clearing texts/emails off the handheld often (along with battery pulls).............a few basic routine steps will maximize your memory daily........
