Default Drag & drop video for Curve 8330 Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I used the drag and drop method to sync a home video I have taken with my sony camera (thus sony memory stick) to my BB from my computer. I did this several times with several videos and I get the error message "an error has occurred attempting to play media". My video is a .mpg file - anyone have ideas about making this work? Can I only take video? Thanks!

I tried this and I am having problems with it working. I have the 8330 Curve but somewhere I read to choose the 8800 because it was about the size of the screen. I converted and it seemed to run smoothly but I received the same error as before. Any thoughts?
