Please Login to Remove!

Hi folks,
How do I find my OS version, I went: options>about> and got:
BlackBerry 8310
smartphone (edge)
v4.22.146 (platform 2.5.0.16)

Which is my OS version? Im trying to find new compatible Themes but everytime I D/L one my Application loader (DTM) tells me the .alx is not a valid file??

Any thoughts?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 9000 4.6.0.67)

Your OS is the 4.2.2.x number. What is the exact error DM gives? Does it say no additional software found? Have you downloaded the latest OS to your pc and installed it?

yes thats it the app loader opens and it says (dulled out) something like: "The blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device you have connected to the computer"

Any ideas?

You don't have the current OS downloaded to your PC, and installed.

You may need to search for that exact OS version, or upgrade your BB first.
