Ok, I've had this problem for a while now and I can't seem to figure out a way to stop it. I am connected to my school's IMAP server and am using the BIS. When I receive an e-mail message, I get a copy on my Blackberry and on my Desktop, which is how it is supposed to work. Now, when I reply to that e-mail using my Blackberry, I get a copy of the sent e-mail in the Sent Items folder of my Desktop, which is also fine.

The problem occurs when I reply to an e-mail from my Desktop. I get a copy of the original message (not the sent message) sent again to my Blackberry. This results in two copies of the ORIGINAL email being sent to my Blackberry. I don't necessarily want a copy of the Reply Email being sent to my Blackberry as well, but I certainly do not want to two copies of the original message.

I've already tried removing the Auto BCC from my account, but there was no e-mail there to begin with. Also, I want to be able to see Sent Messages on my Blackberry so I will not be taking that option off under the general options menu.

Thanks, but I don't think that will help. The copied message is not being sent from my e-mail address, but from the e-mail address of the original sender.

Any other ideas?

Are you running the latest version of the OS?

I have same issue, was this ever resolved?
