Default 8320 help needed on branding

Hi all this is my first post and am planning on buying an 8320 but need your help i am looking at buying one locked and then getting it unlocked but need to know first if it will be branded i.e when you power on the phone does it have operator logos on the phone on boot up also if there are more branding on the phone thanks for your help.steve

Welcome to the BBForums.

Yes, you will see that branded carrier on startup, and that cannot be removed or changed with unlocking, OS upgrades etc. It is there.

Welcome to the forums. Carrier branding doesn't change anything on the device. What are you worried about with it?

Hi mate just the fact that it will be there, is it not possible to change the picture in the boot up thanks.

Nope not possible. It only shows for a moment and after a while you won't even notice. On most devices the bottom cover can be changed. Check the link in my sig for that.
