I want to get the vlingo app for my BB, and on their website, for AT&T users it says it can only send it via email. Is it possible to setup an email on my BB through gmail? All I want to do is go to gmail and get the link and download it. I don't have any internet plan with my phone so connecting to it would have a cost per KB downloaded. I guess what I want to know is if I put in my gmail account in the vlingo area, and I connect to the internet and login at gmail, would it let me?

This appears to be an OTA download only. i.e. over the air. Which means you cannot download it using your PC and then put it on your device. This wants you to download it directly to your device, which will use data.

You can key this in directly in your device's browser. You do not need the email.
