Default Problems with unlocked BB

I just bought a new Blackberry 8320 but I guess I have some problem with it (somebody told me it might be some java problem)
It keep on turning off (black screen) and there's red dioda for like 5sec and then in turns on again after another 5 sec or more
Can anybody help me?

read the instructions for wiping your device with jl commander
also if that doesnt work read what to do when jl commander wont connect
you will need to wipe the device and reload the OS. Check the 8300 forums for the latest 8320 OS (stickied at the top)
