Default Serious Problem - 08-01-2008, 03:10 AM

I have a very serious problem.
I am currently using a 8320 on Tmobile
I was trying to install the new 4.5 OS.
During the middle of the installation process, the USB cord was pulled from the computer.... long story.

my device now only has a white screen with a black bar on the top. An hour glass appears when it is restarted. I plugged it into the computer again to do a restore but my Desktop Manager will not see the plugged in device. My device manager however does see the device. Anyone know how I can restore my BB? TY for your help in advance.

upgrading is not really it, it seems as though i have no software on my actual device. I have the restore file on my computer, i just cannot get my desktop manager to recognize my connected blackberry.

taken care of. 2 hrs on the phone with T-Mo RIM help and finally done I believe. had to completely wipe the sysyem and reinstall. Apparently, if the Desktop Manager says it cant see the device it still can, its up to the Device Manager to see the PIN. oh well, hope it works!
