Default Email issue

Quick question...
I have three email accounts on my BB. Blackberry's email, a work POP address and a home POP address. I have the dfault set to the Work POP. When I compose an email the default changes depending on who I'm emailing. What's happening. Why won't it stay with my defaulted account?
Any ideas...it's driving me crazy. Thanks in advance.

Is the default actually changing, or is it simply replying from the address to which the email that you are answering was addressed?

As I understand it, the default address is for composing new emails.

However, if you get an email addressed to [email address] the FROM on your reply will be [email address]. Conversely, if the email is addressed to [email address], the reply will be from [email address].

(Experts, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.)

You can set the default email account however if you used an account other than the default to reply to a particular person the BB will "remember" that you used the other email account and default to that each time.

Kinda the same way it defaults to the last number you used to call a contact. Or the last folder you filed an email from a person in (if you're on BES).

Options > Advanced Options > Message Services/Default Services > then you should be able to change your Messaging (CMIME)

Happily syncing to Exchange with The Message Center Exchange Hosting!
