I have had a "1 missed call" icon (red phone with "x" to left) stuck in my status bar for weeks. It is driving me crazy. I have cleared all calls from my call log, I have taken the battery out and rebooted, I have scrolled through every menu in the settings, applications, and options, and still I can't clear this little item.

Is there a trick to clearing my status bar? Sorry for the rant, but I have spent WAY too much time on this!

Now I have a star next to the phone icon in the menu, even though all of the call logs have been deleted. I don't send call logs to my message folder, but I search through it anyway just to make sure that wasn't the problem. So I have 1 missed call in the status bar, a missed call star next to the phone, and NOTHING in the phone call log. Crazy.

I am fairly new to BB myself but you may want to try a battery pull. I also heard that changing the theme may work. Give it a shot and let me know.

Thanks blue but I have pulled battery repeatedly and have changed themes repeatedly as well. I was hoping for a menu item to turn missed calls off in the status bar, but so far no luck.
