First off I love the new phone. Have a few questions. I have put some music on it, which was pretty easy, but for some reason not all the music I have put on there (in the exact same way) is showing up on the phone. Also when I try to access the browser it tries to help me with my e-mail (which I have already set up).

Your music is mp3 format? If you have not, pull the battery on the BB, while powered on, replace and reboot. Often newly added music will need a reboot to cache the files/titles into the memory. If they are DRM iTunes, they won't play.

Not sure about your browser. Sounds like you are accessing the email setup icon. Again, try a battery pull reboot and check again.

If the battery pull doesn't work, try resending your service books.

Go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table, hit the menu button, and select "Register Now"

I had an issue at first with my Pearl on Verizon and the browser, but usually a battery pull or resending service books worked.

EDIT: Also make sure that when it comes up to the email setup, you are hitting the menu button and selecting Close, not just hitting the END key. This will keep it running in the background, and unless you close the browser down once in email setup, it wont let you out.

If it is copyright protected files, the BB will not play them. That is what DRM means, basically.
